The MKIII Mud Vacuum Unit is a portable, air-operated solution designed for housekeeping operations involving oil-based muds on offshore installations. It runs on standard rig air and features a fully automatic suction and discharge cycle with a 210-litre tank. Housed in a robust skid with forklift points and a 4-leg sling, it’s built for safe, easy handling. Certified to ATEX (Group II, Category 3 G IIB T4 X), DNV 2.7-1, and EN 12079 standards, it’s suitable for hazardous offshore environments. Supplied with anti-static hoses and a gulper head, the unit is available for rental or purchase.
